Can I add and delete server locations easily? For example, if I have a few users monitoring with Location 1, and I want to remove that location. Then, is it easy to move users with Location 1 to users with Location 2?

ANS: You can delete server locations easily, although the system would not automatically switch your clients to another location. It will automatically try other locations if it is down on the location that they are using; therefore, if you have deleted a location, then it will still try an alternative. The location will be removed, so if the client edits any monitoring information, then a new location will be required by the client.
