Installing Share Note is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Login to the admin area, go to SETUP > ADDON MODULES
3) In the addon modules page, you will see the Share Notes click activate, then click configure to see the options
4) Check the Full Administrator box in the Access Control, then click Save Changes

  ORD2 Network Maintenance Window

Dear Valued Client,

WHMCS Services has scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade a set of core network configurations in our ORD2 facility. The purpose of the upgrade is to add additional EVPN fabric integration to enable enhanced services.

The maintenance window to perform this work is scheduled for May 1, 2026, from 11:00 PM EST to May 2, 2026, 5:00 AM EST. During the maintenance, customers may experience brief periods of intermittent packet loss or additional latency as routes are migrated between equipment. We will take all possible measures to keep customer impact to an absolute minimum.
