Contact Synchronization

- Automatically synchronizes new WHMCS clients with Brevo.

Activating Lead Management

- Lead Management is controlled by a feature flag in the main addon file:

- When enabled, the **Lead Management** menu and related ticket-consent, pending lead, captured lead, and ignored lead features become available.
- When set to `false`, Lead Management and its administrator menu are disabled.

Lead Management

- Captures eligible guest support-ticket submissions as Brevo contacts.
- Supports Pending, Captured, and Ignored lead states.

- Sends only email address, first name, and last name for guest leads.

Lead Consent

- Optional consent checkbox for selected public support departments.
- Ticket submission is not blocked when consent is not provided.
- Leads are captured only when the configured consent conditions are met.
- Stores consent status, wording, date, IP address, ticket reference, and department where available.
- Supports the `{$company_name}` variable in consent wording.

Existing Contact Import

- Imports existing WHMCS clients into Brevo.

Automatic Reconciliation
