Contact Synchronization
- Automatically synchronizes new WHMCS clients with Brevo.
- Re-synchronizes contacts when supported WHMCS client details change.
- Runs regular cron reconciliation for missed, failed, or outdated contacts.
- Includes a manual **Sync Contact** action.
- Displays contact status, marketing status, assigned lists, client group, and recent activity.
- Supports selected WHMCS profile attributes.
Marketing Consent
- Separates Brevo contact creation from marketing-list subscription.
- Adds contacts to marketing lists only when WHMCS marketing consent is present.

Default Lists

Activating Lead Management

Lead Management
- Captures eligible guest support-ticket submissions as Brevo contacts.
- Supports Pending, Captured, and Ignored lead states.

- Sends only email address, first name, and last name for guest leads.
- Keeps WHMCS client-profile attributes separate from guest lead data.

Lead Consent
- Optional consent checkbox for selected public support departments.
- Ticket submission is not blocked when consent is not provided.
- Leads are captured only when the configured consent conditions are met.
- Stores consent status, wording, date, IP address, ticket reference, and department where available.
