A Quick Note on Holiday Hours
We know that despite it being the Christmas season, businesses do not stop, and as such, the support team at WHMCS Services will be available throughout the festive period.
Support operations will be limited on the 30th and 31st of December, but will resume the normally scheduled service on the 2nd of January 2026.
Custom work will return on 2nd January 2026.
Thank you all for making 2025 such a great year for us! We’re looking forward to continually improving our software development in 2026 with additional features and more stable releases so that you can run your business more smoothly.
In the next couple of weeks, we’ll be releasing NEW modules and NEW VERSIONS of WS Modules. Also, working on a new website.

Modules Support
Starting January 2026, we are going to stop supporting WHMCS 8.10.x and 8.11.x. Note that there are no more modules you can download that are compatible with these two (2) versions. The only module versions you will be enabled to download are 8.12.x and 8.13.x.
First, you need to make sure you back up the module because we will not have any versions that are not compatible with WHMCS 8.12.x and 8.13. We highly recommend that you upgrade your WHMCS to version 8.13.x. It is stable and fully supported.
Also, don’t forget this week draws the last days of 2025 to a close, and we are having an end-of-year sale! We are offering 25% off the licensee version and 35% off the Source code version on all WS Modules! 1) Can the sub-affiliates also get paid monthly?
ANS for sub affiliates, we just pay one time, not monthly.
2) You said that the sub affiliates were 1 time payments. So how does that work when I pay my affiliate recurring, every month?
Can you break down how this works with your picture? Is level 1 the FIRST affiliate or the first sub affiliate? How do the percentages work when I have recurring payments each month?
ANS Your first-level affiliates will work like old, but for level 2 and up, they will get just commission one time. For example: Joe refers Sara, and Sara refers Steve, Sara will get default WHMCS commissions because first level of Steve, but Joe will get only 1 time commissions.
3) How do I change users to be sub-affiliates to someone else? Where can I specify someone's level?
ANS has no feature to change and assign others, because if you change one, all other subs will change too, and it costs a lot of issues
