You can edit the email template. Go to Configuration > System Settings > Email Templates, and you will find 2 templates

  How to setup Global Term?

In support Pin module, clients are after 8 8-hour automatic PIN generation?
or need to click generate new pin?
Because after 8 hours, the PIN will expire. How client will the client understand whether this pin has expired or not?

ANS: It's automatically changing pin after 8 hours
