I mistake in clicking verify old clients how to set it again unverified?

Ans: Please go to PHPMyAdmin and then, at the top, click on "SQL" and copy one of these accordingly to your decision:

UNVERIFY EVERYONE

DELETE FROM mod_clientverification WHERE idproof = '-';
UPDATE mod_clientverification SET approved = 0 WHERE idproof != '-';

DELETE ALL THE RECORDS

DELETE FROM mod_clientverification;

And then click on "Go".

Force option will work when the client tries to login account and the client doesn't access anywhere until they get verified.

If you want to force clients not to use allow client area need to setup. See screenshot

We recommend moving data writeable directories to a non-public location to prevent web-based access.
Edit the config.php file and specify the path to the new location by adding a new line:

$ws_upload_folder = "/home/user/newfoldername/";

You can edit the email template. Go to Configuration > System Settings > Email Templates and you will find 3 templates

WS Client verification - Account required
WS Client verification - Account verified
WS Client verification - Admin notification
WS Client verification – Document not accepted

How can the staff see the client's information 

You can enable View Clients Summary and  View Clients Products/Services for the Support Operator Dept by going to 

whmcsurl.com/admin/configadminroles.php
