You can edit the email template Go to Setup > Email Templates and they you find 2 templates

Client Data Retention:
This will automatically remove "empty" client profiles x days after the registration date. That means it will DELETE the account -- including product, invoice, domain, and ticket.
If the client has any active accounts, like affiliates or open invoices, it will not delete them.

Client Deletion Handling
Allow clients to delete their account x days. That means in x days it deletes the account, but it opens a ticket firs,t so you and the client can email each other to see why the account was deleted.

A cookie associated with a resource at http://doubleclick.net/ was set with SameSite=None but without Secure.
A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies marked SameSite=None if they are also marked Secure.

A Quick Note on Holiday Hours
We know that despite it being the Christmas season, businesses do not stop, and as such, the support team at WHMCS Services will be available throughout the festive period.

Support operations will be limited on the 30th and 31st of December,  but will resume the normally scheduled service on the 2nd of January 2026.

Modules Support
Starting January 2026, we are going to stop supporting WHMCS 8.10.x and 8.11.x. Note that there are no more modules you can download that are compatible with these two (2) versions. The only module versions you will be enabled to download are 8.12.x and 8.13.x.

First, you need to make sure you back up the module because we will not have any versions that are not compatible with WHMCS 8.12.x and 8.13. We highly recommend that you upgrade your WHMCS to version 8.13.x. It is stable and fully supported.

What does each feature do

1- Limit Add Fund: limit the add funds page to selected clients
2- Limit Add Funds Type: Allow all clients to add funds page except selected clients

To use this, you need to enable Limit Add Fund

If you like to have the default by WHMCS then disable all.




Once you do this

Then you go to whmcsurl.com/admin/addonmodules.php?module=creditmanager and select which client is on or off
