The module will provide information about the customer score in the FraudRecord database; a score greater than 0 indicates that the customer has been reported in the past. To match the client, the module can use even a single email address, IP number, or client name.
With the WS FraudRecord System module, you can also query the FraudRecord Database for the current customer score to check if they have been reported in the past; show reports and customer record profiles, or submit a report about an offending customer.
