ANS: Sorry Multiband module doesn't work with a sub-domain

3) Can I use WHMCS Advanced Menu Manager by ModulesCastle?
ANS: Right, don't support with this module

4) Can I use Croster or Lagom Themes with your module
ANS: Sorry it will not work because of the license key, but we are working hard with the vendor to see what we can do

5) Does it work with Lagom 2 or Croster
ANS: Please remember that Multibrand Manager is guaranteed to work smoothly with Six and Twenty-One.
If you are using a custom template, it may not combine well with it out of the box, which may result in unexpected errors.

Installing WS Multibrand Manager is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Login to the admin area, go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES
3) In the addon modules page, you will see the Multibrand Manager. Click activate, then click configure to see the options
4) Then go to Addons > Multibrand Manager and setup  click here

The domain name that you use for branded needs to point to the aliases

Note: Make sure that you make a backup of invoicepdf.tpl & quotepdf.tpl because it will overwrite the tpl and you will lose your information.

Please read our FAQs for more information.

1) If your CNAME record is not working, remember that the first domain name in the CNAME record should be a branded domain.
The second one is the domain on which you have your WHMCS. The redirection goes from the first domain to the second.
Full stops after domains are also important.
Please note that there could be a delay with propagation of changes for DNS servers while using A-type CNAME records.

Auto Close Setting


1. Inactive: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled or terminated.
2. Close: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled or terminated.
3. Delete: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled, but it will delete the whole account, and you can also bring it back.

NOTE: The account will not be closed if there is a billable item.
NOTE: Won't close/Inactive/Delete accounts if they have to host accounts, domains, invoices (unpaid), or affiliates

You can choose all if you like, or choose one.

Client Close Setting


1. If you enable this, the client can close the account on x Day if the Products/Services need to be canceled or terminated.
2. Once the client closes the account, the whole account will be deleted in X days.

Installing Close Account is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Activate the module in WHMCS via the Configuration > System Settings > Addon Modules screen. You will see the Close Account click activate, then click configure to see the options
3) Check the Full Administrator box in the Access Control, then click Save Changes
4) You can access your module at 'Addons' → 'Close Account'

When you do a test, make sure that you do not login as admin. Logout and test the module as a client
