Close Settings Feature

Auto Close Setting

1. Inactive: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled or terminated.
2. Close: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled or terminated.
3. Delete: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled, but it will delete the whole account, and you can also bring it back.

NOTE: The account will not be closed if there is a billable item.
NOTE: Won't close/Inactive/Delete accounts if they have to host accounts, domains, invoices (unpaid), or affiliates

You can choose all if you like, or choose one.

Client Close Setting

1. If you enable this, the client can close the account on x Day if the Products/Services need to be canceled or terminated.
2. Once the client closes the account, the whole account will be deleted in X days.

Installation Instructions

Installing Close Account is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:

1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Activate the module in WHMCS via the Configuration > System Settings > Addon Modules screen. You will see the Close Account click activate, then click configure to see the options
3) Check the Full Administrator box in the Access Control, then click Save Changes
4) You can access your module at 'Addons' → 'Close Account'

Note: You can also customize the email template used via the Setup >> Email Templates screen. you see https://forum.whmcsservices.net/showthread.php?tid=70

When you do a test, make sure that you do not login as admin. Logout and test the module as a client

Where can I edit the Email Template?

You can edit the email template. Go to Setup > Email Templates, and then you find 7 templates

WS Close Account - Account Closed
WS Close Account - Account Deleted
WS Close Account - Account Inactive
WS Close Account - Admin Log - Closed

WS Close Account - Admin Log - Inactive
