Close Settings Feature - wssupport - 10-16-2025 Auto Close Setting 1. Inactive: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled or terminated. 2. Close: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled or terminated. 3. Delete: You can x Days when the Products/Services are canceled, but it will delete the whole account, and you can also bring it back. NOTE: The account will not be closed if there is a billable item. NOTE: Won't close/Inactive/Delete accounts if they have to host accounts, domains, invoices (unpaid), or affiliates You can choose all if you like, or choose one. Client Close Setting 1. If you enable this, the client can close the account on x Day if the Products/Services need to be canceled or terminated. 2. Once the client closes the account, the whole account will be deleted in X days.
