Installation Instructions - whmcsservices - 01-26-2026 Installing FastTrack Ticket is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process: 1 - Upload the entire file/folder to your WHMCS root directory - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode 2 - Login to admin area go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES 3 - In the addon modules page, you will see the FastTrack Ticket click activate, then click configure to see the options ![]() 4 - In Configuration > System Settings > Support > Support Department,s you need to create a custom field for each department that you want to enable the priority support on Field Name: fasttrack|Priority Assistance (Anything after the | can be edited) Field Type: Checkbox Field Description: We'll investigate your issue immediately for {$fasttrack_price} {$fasttrack_suffix} per ticket. {$fasttrack_price} {$fasttrack_suffix} can be placed anywhere within the description ![]() Make a new department that uses only the FastTrack module and hidden that Departments that nobody can see. |
