Network Maintenance Window - citytecks - 01-20-2026
We have scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade a pair of core network routers in our ORD2 facility. The purpose of the upgrade is to integrate the core pair with our EVPN fabric to enable enhanced services.
The maintenance window to perform this work is scheduled for January 20, 2026, from 12:00 AM CST to January 20, 2026, 6:00 AM CST. During the maintenance, customers may experience brief periods of intermittent packet loss or additional latency as routes are moved to the new core switch pair. We will take all possible measures to keep customer impact to an absolute minimum.
