1- Log in to your WHMCS admin area and edit the administrator role
Setup > Staff Management > Administrator Role
There are 5 permissions for the Support Pin.

You need to add Administrator Roles for permissions
2 - You can access your module at 'Addons' → ‘Support Pin’, then you setup everything you need.
