Installing MailerLite is very simple. The following steps will guide you through the process:
1) Upload the entire folder to your website - if you experience problems, try uploading in binary mode. However, do not upload the “upload” folder, just the files inside of it!
2) Login to the admin area, go to Configuration > System Settings > ADDON MODULES
3) In the Addon Modules page, you will see MailerLite; click Activate, then click Configure to see the options
4) Check the Full Administrator box in the Access Control, then click Save Changes
5) Open the MailerLite addon. Enter a MailerLite Connect API token; the setup wizard retrieves the available MailerLite groups.
6) Activate the API key. Click here, then click on Developer API
7) Make sure, before you add the API key, you set up the Subscriber groups here, or the key will not work.
8) Optionally import WHMCS clients that are already opted in to marketing. The initial import does not import clients without recorded marketing consent.
9) Make sure you enable Marketing Emails from General Settings > Other
Import Guest Client Tickets: adds the email address from a ticket opened without a WHMCS client account to the default MailerLite group.
